Hi,
We need some more information to help figure out the problem.
Do you have an index.html page that links to the PDFs you've uploaded?
Could you please tell us the address of your webpage, and the name of one of the PDF files? We'll see if we can figure out what's going on.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I too am having a similar issue with jpg and pdf files When I put them to the server they appear to actually be put on the server. But if you try to veiw then they aren't there. The fetch error is
Fetch could not view "GWp10.pdf" because the FTP server encountered an error accessing a file or folder.
... Server responded: "GWp10.pdf: No such file or directory"
If you go back one level and return the file doesn't show.

Hi glhein,
After you upload a file and try to view it, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
Thanks,

I'm using a trial version of fetch to upload pdf files to my website - which is hosted by Verizon. I have a Mac computer running OS X 10.3.9.
When I upload these pdf files, I can see them on the list of files on the window that open when I run fetch. When I click the "view" icon I can see the files have been uploaded successfully. I send them using "Automatic" as the format.
The problem is, that when I try to find these uploaded files when using the Verizon Webpage software, it appears as though the pages were never uploaded.
Two questions:
First - am I uploading these files correctly? If not, what should I do differently?
Second question - is it likely that this problem is a problem that is only related to my verizon software?
Thanks for your help!
