    I'm having trouble uploading files, the dog just keeps on running. Is there a maximum amount of memory on my account? Could this be why I'm having problems uploading? I have quite a number of files (DWG and PDFs) that I am uploading from mac OS 9.... My internet provider is Earthlink. Could they be affecting my ability to upload?

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu when the dog is running and post the contents of that window? It may contain clues to the problem.
