Menu is "grayed" out (3 posts)

    After using Fetch 4.0.3 successfully many times- now when I launch Fetch, the menus are grayed out, and I can do nothing. Any ideas?

    Perhaps a modal dialog is open (but off-screen)? Does pressing the Esc key help? (If a modal dialog is open pressing Esc is equivalent to clicking the Cancel button).

    Thanks so much. You were exactly right. There was a dialog box open, just off-screen. I recently upgraded my monitor and video card, and now it seems the OS thinks I have a dual monitor set-up. I plugged my old monitor back in, and everything works fine. Now I just have to figure out why OSX sees the second "phantom" monitor with the new set-up.
