Hi,
If I understand you correctly, you are having problems connection to a certain FTP server, is that correct? Or are you having a problem connecting to all servers?
If you are having problems connecting to certain server, after you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message?
We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

Hello everyone. I am having problems with my Fetch 5. I have been accessing an ftp with no problems, but recently they changed their connection to a modem/rooter and now I am totally unable to access the ftp. I get a variety of messages because I've tried different settings but to no avail. If anyone can tell me what I change in my fetch program it would be greatly appreciated. I love Fetch! I have been using for about 4-5 years now and I would be very sad if I was unable to solve this problem. Thanks for any help with my problem.
