Hi Terri,
I'm not involved with the educational licenses, but I can tell you that on top of the holiday season, we have been very busy trying to prepare for a trade show that is right after the holidays, so I wouldn't be surprised if we're a little behind.
But I apologize for the delay, and I've forwarded your question to the folks who handle the educational licenses.
Best,
Scott McGuire

Thanks Scott! Figured that the holiday season had everyone running around like little elves, but just wanted to check.
Happy Holidays!

Educational license applications are usually processed within 2 business days, so if it has been longer than that you should apply again, and/or check your spam filter to make sure it did not block our email.
Thanks,

Thanks. I will apply again, as it has been two days, and still no word.

Although it is the holiday season, I was wondering how often e-mails are answered by the company? As a university student and computer graphics major, I applied for an educational license around a week ago, but have not received a response yet.
Thanks!
