.mov file uploads as .mov.bin (5 posts)

  Trying to upload a QT file to replace an existing file of the same name, it upload as Name.mov.bin

  I remember this happening before, but cannot remember what the workaround was. Can someone advise?

  Hi,

  We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

  After you upload the file and it gets the wrong name, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

  I just re-uploaded the file and chose Raw Data instead of Automatic and that solved it.
