  I might just be missing this...but if I'm two or three folders deep and need to move a file from that folder up two levels to a parent folder is that possible without downloading the file to my local drive and then uploading it to the proper folder?

  Never mind found my own answer...if you right click on a folder you can select "Clone Window" and it will open a second transfer window that will then allow you to rearrange files on the server remotely.
