  Hi, I am trying to upload mp3 files. Everything looks fine, but it says it is saving as "binary file." When I go to the directory on my website, the file is there, but when I click on it, I am seeing a bunch of binary mumbo jumbo instead of hearing the song play. There is another song in the directory that a friend had previously uploaded for me, so I know it works. What am I doing wrong?? Thanks!

  Hi,

  We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

  After you upload one of the mp3 files, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

  Also, if you could tell us the URL of the song that works, and the URL for a song that doesn't, that would be helpful.
