Your web browser asks you for a password? What is the URL of the web page (the thing that starts http://)?

hello jim,
my site is www.clientell.com. the page i uploaded with fetch is the specials page. before entering it a message box appears asking for a user id and password. what did i do to put that there when uploading, and how do i get rid of it?
thanks so much, jeannie

I think this is something you'll have to ask your web service provider about. For some reason the specials.htm file is password-protected. On a UNIX server you'd do this with a .htaccess file, but I'm not sure how it's done on NT servers (which is what your service provider is using).
Sorry to not be more helpful,
