You definitely don't want the slash at the end of the host name. The password incorrect message can mean a problem with the Host, User ID and/or Password. Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get the password incorrect error? It's listed in the Window menu.

Nothing looks obviously wrong, so I'd contact phpwebhosting.com to make sure you are entering the right information.

The domain one of my sites is hosted at recently switched hosts (from hostrocket to phpwebhosting). Before the move, I had no trouble connecting to the server, but with the new FTP info, I can't seem to connect. When I don't put a slash ( / ) at the end of the Host line, it says password incorrect, and when I do it says Error -3220. I have been able to connect to other domains that were hosted off of phpwebhosting before, and I have double checked the FTP info. Any suggestions?
