    requesting live tech support,
    have a router and i must register this program to bipass block. need protocal and port range
    877-505-2045 help not in service.

    I'm sorry that the phone support number wasn't answering; I tried it and it was working at that time.

    You should not need to open any ports on your router to use Fetch. If Fetch is not working for you please choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you see the problem and post the contents here (or email them to support at fetchsoftworks.com).
