  i had apple replace my laptop. they wiped out the serial and key numbers somehow for all purchased software. i have two seats, but need to activate Fetch again on this laptop

  Fetch doesn't recognize my password. What is my serial number?

  Note: your serial number is different from the login password for your FTP server account. You'd get the password from whoever runs your FTP server, e.g. your web hosting company.
