    I got Fecth a while a go, and downloaded it fromyour site. Now that I have upgraded to OS X I can't start up Fecth so I can't upload anything to my server. How do I download Fecth again, becouse I didn't get any software after i place the order/ downloaded it. Let me know what steps I need to take.

    You can download a trial copy of Fetch from http://fetchsoftworks.com and enable it by entering your serial number.

    You can look up your serial number at:

    http://store.esellerate.net/support

    You will need your order number, or you can enter your email address and have your order history emailed to you. Press the "Printable Receipt" button to see your receipt, including the serial number.
