    When I try and connect to a ftp server, I get this error message:

    Error: The type of proxy server you have specified requires more information.

    Then it asks me to give more information in the preferences window.

    What information does it need??

    I would suggest choosing Preferences... from the Customize menu, clicking on the "Firewall" tab, and setting the Proxy Type pop-up menu to "None." Does this resolve the problem?
