  can't seem to log in......any suggestions?

  Hi,

  Can you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after trying to connect, and post the contents? That information may offer clues to the problem.

  Thanks for the reply. I did download the new version, and rebooted....seems to be OK....Love Fetch!
