  I registered online as an employee of an educational organization and was told I received a license but never got it.
  Help? Do I need to reregister? Tried under a different email address.

  Hi,

  The first thing I would recommend is checking your spam filter; messages approving an application for an educational license are sometimes incorrectly flagged as spam. Let me know if you do not find the approval message there.
