Hi,
Fetch can be used to access both primary and secondary Comcast accounts.
After you create the secondary account, you need to be sure to enable personal web pages for it - my recollection is they start out disabled. My guess is that's the problem. You need to go into the account management area for your Comcast account, enable personal web pages for the secondary account, wait 10-15 minutes, and try again.
If the personal web pages are already enabled, I'd try changing the password using the Comcast account manager, waiting 10-15 minutes for the update to take effect, and then trying again.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Hi Ron,
If personal web pages are enabled and you are continuing to receive a password rejected message, there are two possibilities:
* You are making a mistake when typing in the username and/or password;
* Or there is something wrong with the Comcast server that is causing it to reject it.Fetch passes along exactly what you type to the server, and either the server replies that it's okay for you to log in, or sends back a password rejected message.
Here are things I would try:
* If Fetch is filling out your password automatically, delete what was filled in automatically and type in your password manually and see if that helps.
* Make sure the Fetch "connect using" pop-up menu is set to FTP.
* Try changing your password so you are absolutely sure that what you are typing into Fetch is what is you have chosen as your password for the secondary account. I realize that you are sure you are sure already, but this is a good double-check anyway (I've had to do it myself).Also, if you are not using Fetch 5.3 already, download Fetch 5.3 and give it a try and see if you can log in with it.
Thanks,
