Your college should distribute a copy of Fetch with the serial number already entered; the instructions on how to do that are at http://fetchsoftworks.com/Support/faq5.html#DistributeLicensedCopy But it sounds like they weren't followed in this case.
You should contact the computing people at your college to either get a copy of Fetch with the serial number entered or the serial number. And you might point them at the web page mentioned above.

yea, the serial number already is entered. To check this I had a friend install it on his computer. I'm wondering since I already had a non-full version installed, if this install just gets read as a trial also?

No, if the copy you just installed came with a serial number you wouldn't see the trial version window. Your friend's computer may have picked up the serial some other way. You can copy over the serial number from your friend's copy, or contact your computing help desk.

Alright, I downloaded Fetch for the first time over the summer (Trial). I have since gone to college, where my school provides a full copy of Fetch. The problem is, whenever I install it, it still gives me the "your trial ran out" stuff. How can I fully remove Fetch and install my full working version?
