  I recently upgraded my Mac G4 to the Tiger operating system (10.4.3). Now, when I use Fetch I get a window saying it is a trial version and I need to purchase it. What do I need to do to get Fetch to recognize that it is a previously purchased verson?

  Hi,

  When you bought Fetch, you recieved an email with your serial number. If you can find that email, you can just re-enter your serial number.

  If you do not know where the email is, please send an email message to serial at fetchsoftworks dot com .
