new to fetch need help! (2 posts)

    I have a few problems that I could use some help with... First I am trying to upload images (jpeg and psd) but when I transfer the show up as documents rather than graphic and are unreadable once they are turned this way. I am creating them in photoshop

    Make sure that the files have names ending in .jpeg or .psd, and upload them in Automatic or Raw Data format. After you upload an image, select it and choose "View Media File" from the Remote menu -- does it display correctly?
