When I connect to my company FTP site using Fetch 3.0.3 and try to GET a file (or files), I get the following error message...

"Server Response: *** ERROR *** NO BATCHES FOR TRANSMISSION"

I can do a command line FTP and GET files from this site, so I'm guessing this is a configuration setting I have set wrong in Fetch. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window (it's listed in the Window menu) after you get this error?

    Thanks,

The problem is that Fetch 3.0.3 does not understand the server's non-standard file listing format, and my guess is that Fetch 4.0.3 would not either. I would give Fetch 4.0.3 a try, and if it does not work try choosing "Refresh File List" from the Directories menu. Does that help?

    Thanks,
