Fetch is not connecting to a server. I spoke to ATT who is my service provider and they rebooted my modem and said everything was ok. I contacted my editor and the server which I connect to is ok on his end. So what's going on? How do I check this out?

My ISP rejects every password I enter for Fetch. On multiple occasions, I have created a new password which I see clearly displayed on the ISP's FTP Control page; I copy or type the new password into Fetch's password field, and get the same message that my password is not recognized. (The ISP account number and username are always correctly displayed in the Fetch login box.) I have not been able to upload anything since I replaced my main disk drive a month ago. I find it difficult to reconcile the fact that Fetch merely transmits the account/password information to the ISP host with the observation that the host confirms that that same password is correct! Is it possible that some jiggery-pokery is going on during the transmission process?

    Hi,

If you'd like to send the contents of the Fetch Transcript window to me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback after you get an error I'd be happy to take a look.

    Thanks,
