    Lately (a week or so), Fetch hasn't been able to build a file list when I try to connect to the two servers I have access to.
    The exact error message reads: Server response: Can't build data connection: Operation timed out.

    I'm running fetch 4.0.2/ OSX.2/ cable connection.

    The first thing to try is toggling the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences (i.e., check it if it's unchecked, uncheck it if it's checked). Does that help?
