No file list, unable to see server (2 posts)

    I changed our network's ip addressing scheme and now our G4s running fetch 4.0.2 can no longer see our ftp server.
    Ping and traceroute work but fetch never retrieves the file list from our server.
    I've tried checking and unchecking passive in the firewall but no luck

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after attempting to connect with passive mode enabled?
