    fetch 4.0.1
I know a couple threads touched on this subject, but I still can't get any of my files to appear in my window. I log in, it says it connects, and the dog starts running. It runs for a while then times out. after that is says: illegal PORT command. I tried doing the fetch website without password and username which was described in a couple threads, but I couldn't get their files either. My DSL was down for a week, and I think something may have happened when they reconnected. Would that affect my files uploading. I made sure that I wasn't behind a firewall either. Any ideas?

First of all you should get Fetch 4.0.3 from http://fetchsoftworks.com Next I would try checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. Does that help?

    Thanks,
