Since I bought a registered copy (Fetch 4.0.3 for use on G4 OS 10.2) everything works fine on my own website, but I tried to do some amendments on a friend's website for her, and although I've accessed it through the trial version before, I now get error codes. No host, or cannot connect or Error-1. I've checked and re-checked my password, host name etc. and all are correct.

Only other different thing between the trial version and the registered one is I've had to wipe my hard drive and reinstall everything.

Just had a friend try to do the update on his computer - he had the same problem. Must be a host issue. Sorry to trouble you.
