I was supposed to receive a license number via e-mail, however, I have not received anything. I've also checked my spam/junk mail.

Hi,

When you purchase a license the serial number is displayed in your web browser. If you missed that, you can use the lost serial number form to have it re-sent:

http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial

Oh, well I applied for it under my student ID and it said I would receive an e-mail...

Ah, so you were looking for the email with the information on how to get a free license? We sent it, but apparently your system blocked it, apparently without putting it in your spam folder. That seems to happen a fair amount, and I wish I knew what, if anything, we could do to make delivery of those emails more reliable. I've resent the information, and perhaps that message will reach you.
