It seems like this server requires that you uncheck the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box so that Fetch will use a PORT command instead of PASV.

Hello:
I'm on Mac OSX.2.2. Fetch 4.0.2. I can download from my site just fine, but when I try to upload to it I get this message that says "No Port Command Issued First". I do have "passive ftp" set, but it doesn't seem to help. Any idea why I can't upload. Here's the relevant text from the Fetch Transcript window. Thank you.
