No upload on new G4 running Norton Systemworks v3 (1 post)

    I couldn't upload my first file, so I tried all three of your suggested fixes: toggling the firewall in Apple system prefs, then turning off the firewall in Fetch Prefs. I'm running Norton Systemworks 3, which does not include the firewall software so there was no folder present in the library.

    It worked. I was able to upload a file. I tried the next file and that failed. I repeated all the fixes again, toggling, but now again it won't upload.

    Thank goodness it's just an old junky page that I haven't touched in 8 years! I was just goofing around trying out the new software.

    Please suggest!
