  Hi I just signed up for the latest version of Fetch for our Non Profit. I installed it no problem.
  It says I can distribute it to other folks at the non profit but it is not giving me any specific directions that work on my Mac. Maybe this was written long ago?

  Please tell me the easiest way I can distribute this to 3 more people in my organization.
  If they use our serial number can they download it at their location?

  They can download Fetch from

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

  and enter the same serial number information that you did.
