duh. never mind. "just leave the spaces blank for anonymous access".....why didn't I see that BEFORE I asked for help? T

Good Morning. I am new to fetch, just trying it out. If I get it to work, I'll buy it...
Anyway, using mac os 10.4.3; using a satellite isp direcway. shouldn't my hostname be ftp.direcway.com? I called them, and they said to get the info from you. I have tried every combination I can think of. fetch does not recognize the server. sometimes it doesn't recognize the password; sometimes it doesn't like the username. it has been a different error message each time...
