Hi Josh,
First, double-check the settings you are using in Fetch to make the connection. It looks like you should be entering the following informaiton in the New connection dialog:
Hostname: upload.ntlworld.com
Username: (your ntl username)
Password: (your ntl password)If that is the information you're using and you still can't connect, what error are you getting?
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Many thanks Scott.
I have done as you suggest, also I have checked the "FTP allow" in the system preferences.
Anyway, now it works, but not quite.
The index and the image are in the "upload.ntl" directory, but the image does not appear.
The border does and the link to my photos works but there is no image.
See: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.taylor145It may be obvious, but alas, not to me.
Many thanks again, John Taylor

Thank you Scott.
I have uploaded the index file and the image file. Unfortunately the image does not appear on the site.
The frame, the text and the link to my photos are all there, but no image in the frame.
I can see the image when I view it separetly.
See it at: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.taylor145Many thanks for your assistance, John Taylor

Hi John,
The reason your image isn't showing up is because of the colon in the filename of the image (e.g. "Photo10:30.jpg"). Colons in filenames have a special meaning to web browsers, so it causes the web browser to misinterpet the name when it tries to display the image.
I realize the original photo file probably has a slash in the name instead of a colon, but Fetch translates any slashes in filenames to colons when you upload because slashes have a special meaning to FTP servers (it means "change directory").
The simplest solution rename your photo file to have neither a slash or a colon in it, for instance, call it "Photo10-30.jpg", update your HTML to refer to Photo10-30.jpg, and everything should work.
If you don't want to rename your image file, there are other less simple options which we can explain. Let us know.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire
