I would recommend changing the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" setting in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. If that does not help could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu while the dog is running and post the contents of that window?

    Thanks,

    Hi folks,

I've got the same problem using F4.0.3 on OSX.2.8. Dog runs 'n' runs! Have tried toggling the Firewall settings but still nothing doing. Connects no problem under OS9.2.1

    TIA

    K.

Try setting the Proxy Type pop-up menu in the Firewall section of Preferences to "None".
