Yes, that should be possible. You probably need to change the address of the link. If you'd like more specific help, could you let me know the address of the page with the link?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Thank you for the prompt reply. ftp://key:@www.keyportgardenclub.com/ is the link (I believe). Typing it from memory.

When I go to
http://www.keyportgardenclub.com
I see your website, but I don't see the link to the membership application that you mentioned. Where would I find that link?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I removed it since it linked to an outdated application and I was having difficulty uploading a current application. Should I upload it so you can see what I was referring to in my initial posting? Thanks!

I'm here to help with Fetch problems. If you're having a problem with Fetch, I'm happy to help find a solution. If you're having an issue with building a website more generally this probably isn't the right place.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

No - the website already exists. If you go to our website and then click on "Membership" you will see what I am talking about. On the membership page try to download a Keyport Garden Club membership application. Thanks.

Hi,
The link to the membership application is an ftp link (starting with ftp://). It should be an http link.
Thanks,

How do I change it to a ftp:// link?
-

You want to change it from an ftp link to an http link.
It looks like the site is built in Adobe Flash. I'm not familiar with how to change links in a Flash website, so you'd need to get help with that from Adobe or someone who knows Flash authoring.
Thanks,

Frustrating. I am the one who uploaded the last membership application using Fetch several years ago. Did not have these issues then - can't understand why it is a problem now.....

The problem isn't uploading the application form, it's linking to it from the Flash website. Do you know who authored the website?

Good morning. I am trying to upload an updated membership application to our Garden Club's website. Everything seems to have world well with on exception. When I click on the membership application link on the live website it takes me to a box that contains other folders in addition to the membership application file. Is there a way for viewers to just click on the membership application link and have the link open up immediately? Thank you!
