No, currently there's no way to organize shortcuts hierarchically in folders.
You can create separate lists of shortcuts with the "New Shortcut List" command (in the Shortcuts menu of Fetch 5, or the File menu of Fetch 4) and save them, but they are not re-opened automatically.

Does Fetch 5 allow us to organize the shortcuts in any order I choose? (Fetch 4.0.3 does not and I hate this.) This feature has been requested many times. I don't want alphabetical (or any of the other automatic sort orders), I want to be able to move the order of the shortcuts and have it stay that way.

No, currently you can't organize shortcuts in the order you want (without doing something awkward like giving shortcuts names that sort alphabetically to the order you want). We will try to fix this in a future release.

Grrrr. This is the same reply I (and others) got a year or two ago (I think it was when we switched to an OS X version, but not sure). A major upgrade just came out but it doesn't even include this (frustrating). I think I'll wait till you add the feature before paying for another upgrade.

It is definitely a frustration for me as well; we have been waiting for Apple to provide some programming support for re-orderable lists, but it looks like that may not be forthcoming. So we will look at doing it ourselves.
Thanks,

Version 5.0.4 does not.
This is a feature of 3.0.1 that I really miss.
If you have version3.0.1 and put your shortcuts in it you can re-order them and import them into a NEW install of fetch 5 and they will remain in your order as long as you do not choose a sort order from the top menu. Once you do sort them you can't go back.

Is there a better way to organize the shortcuts? I would like to be able to organize by a folder structure as I have numerous clients and need a better way to keep them separate.
Thanks,
Michael
