Thanks for noting that. I will add that to my list of things to fix. In the meantime, be careful to only select the folder and not the items in it, unless you want them uploaded twice.

This issue has not yet been corrected -- verified still broken in Fetch 5.2 on Mac OS 10.4.8 (PPC).

You're right, that issue is still on our bug list, near the top of the list in fact. As I mentioned before you can work around it by only selecting the folders (and not the items in the folders), but all the same we should fix it on our end. Hopefully that will happen before too long.

Mac OS X 10.1.4 and Fetch 4.0.2. When dragging a combination of files and an expanded directory (with the files inside selected) into a Fetch window, the files INSIDE the expanded directory are uploaded BOTH into the current remote directory, and into the sub-directory.
