    I'm having problems uploading files, and I don't know why... I can open fetch, but it will only allow me to transfer one document, after which i get a message "access denied". It will not let me remove items either. Do you know what the problem could be here? Thanks.

    Could you post (or email to support@fetchsoftworks.com) the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal the transcript.
