Okay, when Passive Mode is turned off, I have the "Getting File List..." message that never stops. When I turn Passive Mode on, I get "Server File Error: Data transfer not implemented for client default data port. Need 'PORT' command first." I get these errors even after disabling all but my active Nework port - which is Airport.

I'm using a linksys base station, Airport 2.0.2, OSX 10.1.3, Fetch 4.0.1. FTP from the terminal works fine, but I want to use Fetch. Any suggestions?

It may be that you need Fetch 4.0.2, which should be available for testing later this month. But I'd be curious to see the contents of the Fetch Transcript window when you try with passive mode turned off.

    Thanks,

Thanks; I think you'll need to wait for 4.0.2. Let me know if you'd like to test a prerelease version.

    Thanks,

I have the exact setup (cable modem, airport, linksys router, osx) and problem as dstark and since I run a remote office in NM for my company based in IL, my ability to get to my Snap Server is vital. Can I get a copy of the 4.0.2 Beta to try?
