Recently upgraded computers to OS 10.3. Prior to that we were using Fetch 3.0.3 with no problems. After the upgraded and purchase of several copies of 4.0.3 all of the computers worked fine except for one. Three can use both 3.0.3 and 4.0.3. However, one computer can only use 3.0.3 and we received a "memory" error when 4.0.3 tries to open and we have to reboot to excape. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure exactly what error you are seeing; could you quote some of the text? Also, do you see this error just launching Fetch 4.0.3, or do you see it when you try to make a connection?

    Thanks,

When using Fetch 4.0.4 and selecting a file the clock (progress meter) only gets to about position 1 and the following error message appears: "Error: this computer is out of memory." Fetch's memory is currently set at 3501, virtual memory is turned off, and the computer has 1GB memory built-in.

Have un-instilled and re-installed Fetch 4.0.3 with same results. Fetch 3.0 works with no problem.

Does this happen no matter what file you choose to Put?

Could you dismiss the error message and then choose "Fetch Transcript" window from the Window menu and post the contents of that window?

    Thanks,
