  hi there,
  I created a new password thru my server administrator and when i enter the new password thru fetch it says "An FTP connection to "my website" could not be opened because the connection was refused"

  What does this mean? I really need to upload stuff asap :-(

  Hi,

  Thanks for contacting us. After you get this error could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window? That information should be helpful in figuring out what is going on.
