  Hi,

  I need to upload some video files and I keep getting a password rejected prompt.
  I've checked my hosting side and I don't think that's where the problem is. I'm able to
  surf the web and send and receive e-mail. I may have changed my password but I don't
  remember. Can you help me get connected as quickly as possible?

  Hi,

  Fetch sends the password you type to the server; it's the server that decides whether or not it's correct. So you should double-check with your hosting company to make sure you are entering the correct Hostname, Username and Password -- an error in any of those can show up as an incorrect password error.
