Pay for 4.02-4.03 upgrade? (2 posts)

  Do I have to pay for the upgrade to 4.03. Fetch has started failing at the "getting file list" part of the connection. I don't believe I should have to pay to upgrade and fix this problem, but I can't find any other way to get version 4.0.3

  You can download Fetch 4.0.3 from http://fetchsoftworks.com/download4.html . It is a free upgrade from 4.0.2.

  As for the getting file list problem, I would recommend changing the setting of the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox in the Firewall section of Preferences.
