    Whenever I download a PDF off of a server, the PDF automatically opens in Acrobat Reader. Is there a way to turn this off? Thanks.

    Yes. Choose "Post-processing..." from the Customize menu and disable or remove the entry for "Portable Document Format" (i.e. PDF).
