    Hi
I tried to download a zipped backup of a website (303mb), which I've done many times before, but Fetch doesn't like it and presents an alert: "Fetch could not get "filename" because the server says you do not have the required permissions."
I am however able to navigate the website's files and folders and download some other files from the same directory, so the login credentials must be correct (and are stored as a shortcut). The permission of the backup is 600.
    I'm using Fetch 5.7.7 on OSX 10.11.6
    Any ideas please?
    Thanks

    Hi,

If the backup has 600 permissions you need to be logged in as the file's owner in order to download it. Could you check what the file's owner is set to?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews
