    I can log into and connect to my Fetch account but I'm unable to transfer files or folders into the window. The message reads, "Permission Denied". This is a job search website for me and I need to make some changes quickly. Please address me as you would a beginner since tech-speak eludes me. - Thanx - Fran

    I would try again, and after you dismiss the error message choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents here. It should contain clues to the problem.
