permission denied...again, and again (2 posts)

    Hi. Needing some help. I work from Mac OS X. I purchased and downloaded fetch. Everytime I go to "put" files, it keeps saying permission is denied. I went to "set upload permission" (I actually don't know if this will help) and I tried to check the boxes for the appropriate permission but the response is SITE UMASK not understood. I have no idea what I can do. Can someone help?

    That probably means that you were trying to put files in a location where you don't have permission. Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get the error message? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open that window.
