Hello. My site is designed in Flash and posted through Fetch in the public_html folder. what I would like to do is post something that someone can pull down from the ftp site, w/o giving them the password I use to access and make changes to my website. Is their some way I can post something in one of the other bins that would allow someone to just go and get it either through a browser or Fetch?

If you put a file in your public_html folder people will be able to download it with their browser (without entering a password). To make it possible to download files with Fetch (or another FTP client) your service provider would have to provide you with an anonymous FTP folder. For example, pair.com (which hosts fetchsoftworks.com) provides a public_ftp directory for this purpose.
