For those of you who can see "print" from the file menu, but can't use it: Please know that if you are running anything higher than Mac OSX 10.4, you will find the print function disabled. Here is a link to the information: http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/help/Contents/Commands/Print.html Oddly enough, support was not able to point this out.

    Hi,

I'm sorry, but actually, support told you every time you asked that you could not print file lists. There was no confusion in the answers you received.

You cannot print file lists from the Fetch transfer windows under any version of Mac OS X. That webpage that you cannot print media windows (e.g. pictures) in Fetch on Mac OS X 10.5.

As we suggested to you, you can print a file list by choosing View Verbose File List, and printing the verbose file list window, which is supported on every version of Mac OS X. We acknowledge that is not as pretty as the regular Fetch file list, but it does get the job done.

I am sorry that we could not answer in the positive for you, but we did answer your questions.
