When you are in that directory, and choose "View File List" from the Remote menu, what does Fetch display?
Thanks,

CORRECTION
I said "nothing" I was wrong
When I do "View FileList" the file is shown. Owner permission is "rw" and group and other permissions are "r"

Could you do a View File List and then post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window? To make the Fetch Transcript window appear choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.
Thanks,

I had dragged a file from my local computer into the directory in question, and it showed up in the window, along with the ones that were previously not showing.
I have been unable to duplicate the situation. If it happens again I will remember to perform the View Filelist and to make a copy of the Fetch Transcript.

Looking at a directory on a remote server, fetch shows filecount = 0; shows no files.
I know there are 1200 files in the directory. I can see them with telnet.
I rename the directory. I can see the files with fetch. I delete the directory and create it anew. Same problem.
I create another directory with the same name elsewhere in the file hierarchy. I put files into it. I cannot see them through fetch. Rename the direcory, I can see them.
Any directory I create with that name (by the way, the name is "listings"), I can see the directory name. But when switching to that directory, it shows 0 files.
Any clues?
Thanks,
