We have a customer that uses Fetch on MAC OS 10 that is having some problems after we moved their FTP site to a different box.
(Sorry, don't know the Fetch version number they use)

We had their site on a WinNT box, and copied all the content over to a Windows 2000 server (using IIS as the FTP server).

They now say their clients can't see the folder names - they just appear as "?" (question marks).

In response to a post I found on this site, I changed the default file list style to UNIX instead of DOS, but that doesn't seem to have fixed the problem.

    Any suggestions?
Is there a "things your ftp host needs to know about Fetch" document around?

You should not have to do anything special. Could you have the customer choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and send you the contents after they see the problem? I should be able to figure out what is going on by looking at the transcript.

    Thanks,
